Michael A. DiLauro

Michael has served as Executive Producer at Center City Film & Video in Philadelphia, Production Manager at KDKA-TV, KYW-TV. A celebrated director and producer of documentaries, television programs, commercials, and corporate productions, DiLauro has earned six regional Emmy’s, a Blue Ribbon at the American Film Festival, several ADDY awards and the Gabriel award for outstanding television programming.

His most recent feature documentary film Prisoners Among Us: Italian American Identity and WWII recently, was awarded the Grand Jury Prize for Best Documentary at the New York International Independent Film Festival. Tony Lo Bianco narrates this film with commentary from Tom Brokaw.

Michael has taught at Drexel University and East Stroudsburg University and the Rowan University. DiLauro earned an M.F.A. in Film Studies at Ohio University and completed the Master Directing program at the prestigious Maine Cinema Workshops.

Joseph T. Hale

Television and Radio Engineer
 
Joe has been a life-long technical operational engineer.For the Pittsburgh Penguins Hale served as Television Engineer and Editor.

At Eyemark (CBS) video services Hale worked for 3 years as Television Engineer, Editor, Technical Director and Vidsatellite operator.

Joe worked at WRS Motion Picture and Video Lab 15 years as a Senior Video Technician, Editor, and Vidsatellite operator. Mr. Hale owned and operated Renegade, a sound reinforcement company 1985-1995.

A guitarist for over 30 years, he is currently performing with the band, “Things Worth Knowing” in the Pittsburgh area.

Raymond Zaparoni

Videographer/Equipment Manager
 
Before joining RMU in 2006 Raymond Zaparoni worked for 20 years for WRS and Summit Film and Video Laboratories. Raymond was a Senior Video technician, editor and satellite operator and worked in various film positions whose client list included MGM, Universal and Sony Studios.
Ray is a long-standing member of IBEW 385. Zaparoni has worked numerous freelance positions on events ranging from sporting to musicals in western PA. Ray and is currently a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins game night production crew.

Ray also volunteers at PCTV, Pittsburgh’s community access television station.
